Early 19th century; recent renovations. 2-storey, 3-bay dwelling house. Rubble; rough ashlar margins.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central 2-leaf doors at ground and 1st floors; forestair to 1st floor; flanking windows.

N ELEVATION: adjoining building.

E ELEVATION: not seen 2000.

S ELEVATION: 3 window front; regular fenestration at ground and 1st floor.

12-pane timber sash and case timber windows. Pantiled roof; straight skews; stacks at gableheads.

INTERIOR: not seen 2000.

Nearby ruins of other cottages suggests that perhaps this cottage once formed part of a small courtyard area.
