Early 18th century; much altered. 2-storey and attic, 5-bay dwelling house. Modern textured finish.
E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: entrance door 2nd bay from right; another door to outer left; regular fenestration.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Slated roof to right; pantiles to left; short stacks at gableheads.
INTERIOR: not seen 2000.
Although this building is now one dwelling house it is probable that it was once two separate properties that were subsequently converted, this is especially evident from the rear roofs. The right section, with the slated roof, may be contemporary to the houses on East Terrace that also face E, thus forming a row of cottages.
