Description

Circa 1883. French Renaissance. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay
commercial premises. Ashlar. Modern ground floor with
cornice over. Outer shallow canted window flank, single
windows at centre, with cill courses to both upper floors.
Cornices over canted 1st floor windows and scroll work
pediment over centre. Continuous cornice and parapet over
2nd floor windows. 3 wallhead dormers all pedimented and
linked by parapet, with stack over centre. All windows
mullioned and transomed. Steep piended slate roof. End
stacks with diminutive pediments.
