Description

Circa 1883. French Renaissance, 3-storey and attic, 3-bay
commercial building. Ashlar. Modern ground floor with cornice
2nd floors, flanking single centre window. Decorated with
pilasters and cornices; blind balustrade to 2nd floor
windows. Modillioned cornice and parapet above 3 wallhead
dormers, outer bipartite, pilastered and pedimented;
central single Mansard slate roof. Corniced end stacks
with diminutive pediments.
