Description

Circa 1830, 2 storeys detached villa, with front garden
area, symmetrical 3 windows wide with slightly advanced centre
bay. Ashlar. Cornice, string and blocking course, in and
out quoins, recessed door-piece with delicate side panels,
right hand windows replaced by 2 storey 3 light canted
bay, windows reglazed with double pane sashes. Piended slate
roof, corniced stacks.
