Description

Early 19th century, single storey symmetrical lodge with
bowed ends, each with central window (north end blocked)
Advanced centre bay with cornice and blocking course with
panel over segmental arch with impost mould, containing
low window (replacing a door). Ashlar front, coursed rubble
sides, raised window margins, piended slate roof, central
harled chimney stack. Early 19th century cylindrical piers
with Roman Doric capitals, conical topped drums bearing
scrolled wrought-iron finials over panelled abaci.
