Description

Circa 1830, 3 storeys flatted terrace house block with
front garden area. 8 windows wide, western 3 bays advanced,
eastern 2 bays slightly recessed, forming flat roofed link
with No 15, otherwise piended slate roof; ashlar, string
course at 1st floor cills, long and short quoins, block
cornice, blocking course above with raised angles. Doors
adjacement to No 15 and up external stair on return. Reglazed
with single pane sashes, 2 corniced chimney stacks. Garden
walls formerly topped by railings, higher section with gate
to lower door.
