Earlier/mid 19th century. 2 storeys, 4 bays to Thomas Telford Road (ie. N) (off-centre modern porch), 2-bay E flank to

Buccleuch Square. Rubble-built with contrasting ashlar

dressings. Single pane sashes. End stacks (paired diamond

flues at E); L-plan slate roof.
