Later 19th century. 3-storey and attic 3-bay tenement with shop at ground. Facade of cement render with smooth long and short dressings; stop-chamfered arrises; cills. Cornice at eaves. 3-bay shop front with set-back door at centre flanked by plate glass windows below cornice; chamfered arrises, granite base course. Ashlar band above 1st floor formerly carried letters PRINTING OFFICE. Pair of large canted piend-roofed dormers. Timber sash and case windows; 8- pane replacements at 1st floor, 4-pane at 2nd floor; plate glass in dormers. Grey slates; pebble-dashed stack and side gablehead to right.
