Dated 1875. 3-storey, 2-bay Scots Baronial tenement with shop at ground floor. Stugged and snecked pink sandstone rubble, ashlar dressings, slate roof. Corniced ground floor; string course between 1st and 2nd floor; wide quoin strips; corniced wallhead broken throught by crowstepped gable to left and canted window corbelled to square with corbelled gable to right. Bipartite window to 1st and 2nd floor left, 4-light canted window to right, timber sash and case frames with plate glass glazing, out-of character uPVC frames to 1st floor, stop-chamfered margins.
