Plans approved 30th. March 1908. Lodge: single-storey
L-plan with advanced gable to right with stone-roofed
canted three-light bay; rectangular porch in re-entrant
angle, with corbelled crenellated angle turret and
balustraded parapet, small window to left, and similar
bay at south east gable. Small piended outshot to rear
with window, and bipartite. Upper panes astragalled.
Slated roof with red tile crest, crowstepped front
gables, tall ashlar stack at rear. Small stone walled
court to north west.
Gates: low hemicycle of stugged coursers with tall
square ashlar gatepiers, panelled with denticulated
caps, and wrot-iron gates of mildly art-nouveau design.
