Earlier to mid 19th century. 3-storey with 2nd floor breaking eaves, 2-bay semi-detached flatted house, gable to street. Dry-dash render with ashlar margins.
NW (FRONT) ELEVATION: gabled with truncated apex stack. Pilastered doorway to left bay, cornice and blocking course bearing tablet, narrow plate glass fanlight. Corniced window with blocking course and raised margins to right bay. Windows at 1st floor and at centre in 2nd.
SE (REAR) ELEVATION: gabled with rubble-built forestair to 1st floor doorway to right bay with decorative iron railings. Windows above and to right bay.
SW ELEVATION: shouldered wallhead stack and single window to centre.
Mostly modern replacement windows. Grey slate roof; 2 wallhead 1 apex stack (see above). Moulded skews.
INTERIOR: not seen 1993.
Adjoining and overstepping 12 and 13 Albert Road.
