Earlier to mid 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay semi-detached flatted house. Dry-dash render with polished red sandstone margins and eaves band to front, coursed red sandstone rubble to rear and sides. Plain eaves cornice with blocking course.
NW (FRONT) ELEVATION: pilastered doorway to centre with cornice and blocking course bearing tablet, boarded door and narrow plate glass fanlight; regular fenestration at 1st floor above and to outer bays.
SE (REAR) ELEVATION: rubble-built; later forestair giving access to 1st floor doorway with ornamental iron railings, later timber porch. Secondary door at ground floor. Windows to flanking bays.
NE ELEVATION: gabled, small window to 1st floor. Mostly modern replacement windows, ground floor to front elevation with timber sash and case windows 6-pane upper over plate glass lower sashes. Slate roof; gablehead stack to NE.
INTERIOR: not seen 1993.
Adjoined and overstepped by 14 and 15 Albert Road.
