Description

Circa 1880 2-storey 3-bay villa with symmetrical front,
pair similar pedimented low wings added (these of
different dates). Original house stone-cleaned polished
ashlar, plate glass glazing; full-height canted bays
with delicate iron balconies between floors. Ionic
doorcase, blocked deep eaves, end stacks, slate roofs.
Wing on right had (S) added circa 1900, and timber
projecting bay with art nouveau detail in leadwork looks
contemporary, also arcaded low timber range facing
garden.
Boundary wall to street, gatepiers to right.
