Description

Built circa 1880. Symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay villa with
canted windows in outer bays, 1st floor window jamb and
mullion pilasters set below lintel level support deep
curved timber brackets, they in their turn supporting
deep projecting eaves. Polished ashlar; plate glass
sashes; central pilastered doorcase with distinctive
detailing; piended and platformed slate roof, iron-
finialed subordinate roofs over canted windows.
Low boundary wall; corniced, painted ashlar square
gatepiers.
