Charles Stewart, 1806. Restored after fire, John Forrest,
1900. Tall octagonal 4-storey tower approximately 70' high.
Harled, ashlar margins. Simple Gothic windows and door;
corbelled and crenellated parapet; spout gargoyles; flag-
staff. 4 plaques commemorate the Battle of The Nile (1798),
Copenhagen (1801), Trafalgar (1805) and that the tower was
built by public subscription.
