Description

J and W Witter, 1947. Modern Movement style. Single
storey, 3-bay bungalow. White harled. Centre entrance
linked by shallow canopy continuously with roof of
flanking shallow projecting window at left, extending to
form verandah; window at right of entrance incorporates
corner, returning briefly along N elevation; horizontal
metal glazing to all windows.
Coped wallhead stacks; flat roof.

Statement of Interest

Built for William Fraser of Mayne Road, Elgin. Incorrectly

numbered as 13 Wittet Drive rather than No 31 in references

quoted above.
