Circa 1863. 2-storey, 4-bay double villa, part of continuous terrace. Coursed stugged ashlar with polished dressings to W elevartion. Base course; overhanging bracketted timber eaves; fielded aprons to 1st floor windows.
W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: entrance at bays to outer left and right; moulded door surrounds and cornices; panelled doors; plate glass fanlights; single windows at 1st floor above. Full-height canted windows in bays to centre.
8-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; coped mutual stack; moulded cans; skylights.
INTERIORS: not seen 1990.
