Circa 1863. 2-Storey, 4-bay symmetrical double villa, part of continuous terrace. Coursed stugged ashlar with droved margins to W elevation. Base and dividing band courses; overhainging eaves; fielded aprons to 1st floor windows.
W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: entrances at bays to outer left and right; panelled doors; plate glass fanlights; single windows at 1st floor above. Full-height canted windows in bays to centre.
4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; tripartite box dormer; coped, rendered and lined mutual stack; moulded cans.
INTERIORS: not seen 1990.
Coped painted ashlar wall to street.
