Earlier 19th century. 4-storey and basement 3-bay classical tenement. Polished ashlar. Cill bands at 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors; eaves cornice. Regularly fenestrated; moulded surrounds and panelled aprons to windows. Timber panelled door with plate glass fanlight and Greek Doric doorpiece. Stone steps and platts over-arching basement recess.
Predominantly 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Corniced ashlar stacks with circular cans.
BOUNDARY WALL AND RAILINGS: spear-headed cast-iron railings on low stone wall to steps and basement area.
B group comprises Nos 106-126 (even Nos) Lauriston Place. Nos 106-110 and Nos 118 and 120 can be seen on the 1852 OS map, with a timber yard where Nos 112-116 and Nos 122-126 were to be built by 1872.
