Description

1808. 3-storey and attic, 5-bay, terraced classical tenement. Sandstone ashlar. Projecting cills, mutuled cornice and blocking course.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: timber panelled door with fanlight to centre, blocked opening above, windows to flanking bays, stone-mullioned tripartites to outer bays. Regular fenestration above, 4 box dormers.

Timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing, grey slates, ridge stacks with terracotta cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.

BOUNDARY WALL AND RAILINGS: low boundary wall with ridged ashlar cope; cast-iron railings.
