William Adam, earlier 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan former lodge. Rubble sandstone, squared and stugged dressings, painted margins; harl pointing.
S ELEVATION: broad door at centre, flanked by windows at ground, all with relieving arches. 1st floor windows breaking eaves in piend-roofed slated dormerheads.
E AND W ELEVATIONS: wallhead shouldered stacks. Lean-to car port to E elevation.
N ELEVATION: 3-bay; later windows inserted at ground; regular windows at 1st floor.
Plate glass sash and case windows predominating with variety of modern timber windows elsewhere. Grey slate piended roof with lead flashings.
