Early 18th century with substantial later alterations. 2-storey 5-bay terraced house. Harled with ashlar margins to front. At ground, modern door to inner right bay with carved lintel DG.MM.1714; small window to left; bays to right blank. At 1st floor, windows to all bays hard under eaves; those to left and centre bays breaking eaves with flat dormerheads. W gable end with window to right.
Irregular 4-bay rear elevation with projecting bay and conservatory at ground; 1st floor windows breaking eaves with flat dormerheads.
Timber sash and case plate glass windows; casements to rear. Grey slates; ashlar coped skews; brick stack.
Formerly incorporated No 49 as well.
