Later 18th century with later alterations and additions. 2-storey
and attic, 5-bay (3-bay to front) end of terrace house with single
storey wing. Rendered with ashlar margins. 1st floor windows hard under eaves.
N (LANGTONGATE) ELEVATION: 2-storey, 3-bay. Modern door at centre with window above. Barred ventilator to cellar to right. Widely disposed windows to flanking bays at ground. Single storey bay to right with single window.
W ELEVATION: blank gable with projecting gable at ground.
S ELEVATION: 2-storey and attic, 5-bay. At centre, 6 steps to 2-panel door with lying-pane glazing to upper section; multi-pane widnow above and wallhead raised with cat-slide roof. 2 bays to left obscured at ground by modern lean-to sun lounge, entered from house by French windows; windows to both bays at 1st floor. To right, 2 irregular bays with boarded door and window at ground and 2 windows at 1st floor. Pair of bipartite timber dormers with cat-slide lead roofs flank centre bay. Single storey range to left with advanced gabled quadripartite mullioned and transomed window.
12-pane timber sash and case windows (16-pane window to front). Grey slates. Ashlar coped skews; brick apex stack; thackstanes.
