Description

Late 18th century. 2-storey 2-bay, end-of-terrace house. Regular front to street rendered and lined out as ashlar; panelled door to outer right. Windows up against moulded eaves; pair of velux rooflights. Blank harled end elevation with narrow window to right at 1st floor; apex stack. Piend-roofed dormers to rear.

Timber sash and case 12-pane windows (with horns). Grey slates; brick stack. Lead-coped skews; scroll skewputts.

Statement of Interest

There is a tin Caledonia Insurance Company plaque between the 1st floor windows.
