Description

Later 19th century. Broad-eaved Italianate coach house.
Built mainly of polychrome-banded brick with red ashlar
cills and lintels; NE elevation to lane stugged and snecked
red ashlar. Main range with loft and basement, lower range
to N forming L-plan. 3 coach-house/garage openings to
lane (1 a circa 1980 slapping, loft door above and slit
ventilators); main range has round-headed
bipartite in SW gable at ground, 3 loft lights above with
polychrome arches; door (approached by (damaged) cast-iron
steps) and window in re-entrant angle, mullioned window in
lower range facing SW. Stack over westmost angle; slated
roofs.
