Thoms and Wilkie circa 1905. Single storey and mansard
attic Arts and Crafts villa. Random rubble with ashlar
dressings, harled gable, sides and rear.
S elevation: off-centre segmental arched door within
round arched chamfered recessed porch, 5-light bow to
right, small 4-light window and 3-light bow to right. Harled
corbelled central gable with 6-light oriel beneath plain jettied
gable. Harled wallhead stack to right. Flanking mansard roofs
with small 3-light dormers and overhanging eaves.
Sides and rear harled. Later 1st floor piended extension.
Red tiled roofs, 1 wallhead and 2 gable-end stacks, harled.
Casement windows with small leaded-glass panes, single
panes to lower case of right bow, sash and case windows
to left bow.
Interior modest, some alterations.
Rubble-built boundary walls, humped over segmental arched
roll-moulded gateway with wrought-iron gate.
For the Misses Cunningham later occupied by J J Draffen,
of the Department Store.
