Possibly Thoms and Wilkie, circa 1905. 2-storey Arts and
Crafts villa, harled with plain ashlar dressings to some
ground floor windows.
S elevation: central ground floor bay slightly recessed
with segmental arched porch (inset arched triple light)
and stepped 3-light window at left. 4-light timber oriel
over. 5-light bow through both floors to right. Flat
projecting gable over. 3-light angle turret at left with
ogee copper roof and stone ball finial.
Side and rear elevations: single storey and attic. 2-storey
porch, open timber framework at ground, bipartite over
and to each side. U-plan rear, canted window in W gable,
single lights and door in W gable, with modern porch to E.
Red tiled roofs, piended with overhanging eaves to S,
gabled and swept to 1st floor level at rear. Harled stacks with
ashlar coping. Leaded glass casement windows, some lower
cases single pane.
Rubble-built wall to Perth Road.
