Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house forming part of terrace. Painted coursed sandstone. Base course; eaves course; cornice; blocking course. Painted margins to window openings.
N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: steps to central square-headed cavetto-splayed entrance; 2-leaf timber door; letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above at 1st floor. Regular fenestration to flanking bays.
12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; coped gablehead stacks (higher to left); circular cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
Charlotte Street was laid out to the South side of the Citadel parallel with the North side of Wellington Square, its South side sharing a back lane (Mews Lane). The building's roofline conforms to a terrace scheme, with a near-unified roofline running from Nos 3, 7-15 (Odd Nos).
