N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: cavetto-splayed square-headed doorpiece to right; recessed timber door; letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above at 1st floor. Regular fenestration to bay to left. Modern double dormer at attic.
Plate glass timber sash and case windows; 2-pane to upper sashes at attic. Grey slate roof; stone skews; corniced gablehead stacks; circular cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
Charlotte Street was laid out to the South side of the Citadel parallel with the North side of Wellington Square, its South side sharing a back lane (Mews Lane). Despite the unfortunate double box dormer at attic, the building's roofline conforms to a terrace scheme, with a near unified roofline running from Nos 3, 7-15 (Odd Nos). It has a lower fenestration line than the adjacent Nos 7 and 11 (see separate list descriptions).
