Statement of Interest

Charlotte Street was laid out to the South side of the Citadel parallel with the North side of Wellington Square, its South side sharing a back lane (Mews Lane). Despite the unfortunate double box dormer at attic, the building's roofline conforms to a terrace scheme, with a near unified roofline running from Nos 3, 7-15 (Odd Nos). It has a lower fenestration line than the adjacent Nos 7 and 11 (see separate list descriptions).
