Description

Mid 19th century. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays to Princes
Street, 5 to Bute Street. Painted ashlar. Pilastered ground
floor, with modern door to Princes Street, original pilastered
doorpiece to Bute Street. Cornice above. Cill course to
1st floor, all windows to Princes Street with architraves,
margins to Bute Street. Main cornice, parapet, with iron
balustrade in front of 2 canted, piended dormers. Hipped
slate roof.
