Description

Mid 19th century. 3 storeys with 2 bays to Princes Street,
5 to Bute Street. Painted stucco with channelled pilasters.
Princes Street: Round-headed door with Roman doric columns
in antis and outer chanelled piers to right. <>
Cornice with band course above; single light over door,
bipartite to the left, in each floor; 1st floor with
cornices and pediments, the latter bracketted over central
light of tripartite. Main cornice blocking course and
parapet, with central urn finials. Similar details to
Bute street.
