Description

Early 19th century, part of the original layout prepared for
Lord Eglinton by the architect Peter Nicholson, 1806.
2 storeys, some with later attics. 41-45 and 63-67 4 bays,
47-57 3 bays. Painted ashlar, (pebbledash 53-57). Pilastered
doorpiece to 49 and pair of similar doorpieces to 63-67
otherwise ground floors modern. Some windows with architraves.
Pilasters between blocks with fluted capitals. Cornice
with blocking course. Slate roof, piended at ends of terraces.
