Early 19th century. Whin rubble walls with ashlar coping and dressings enclose large rectangular garden. Round-arched openings to east and west walls; central greenhouse range at north wall. Single storey 3-bay cottage at south west corner snecked squared rubble with polished margins; central gabled timber porch; flanking windows have 2-pane lower and 6-pane upper sashes, straight skews, margined end stacks with coping, slate roof.
