Later 19th century, single-storey wide 3-bay cottage. Harled.
Centre door in NE front (facing driveway) fronted by slated
canopy porch supported by 4 rustic timber columns; 4-pane
glazing; paired coped ridge stacks; slate roof with pronouced
bellcast; decorative red tile ridges. Gate piers; later 19th
century pair rubble gate piers with simple copes and ball
finials.
