Garden walls probably incorporating some 17th century work,
but raised at north and at east (now 4/5m high); low (?
lowered) west wall has circa 1800 circular summerhouse
centrally placed; piended square-plan, small, 2-storey house
(possibly also raised) built within north west angle perhaps
when walls were raised: garden extended to south (? late 18th
century) in brick; south wall now demolished. GARDEN WALLS:
rubble-built with red ashlar cope and dressings; main
entrance on east wall, gate at north; some blocked openings
including roll-moulded doorway and bee boles; curved north
east corner. GARDEN HOUSE: also rubble-built with ashlar
dressings; chamfered south east corner; east and west walls
are whitewashed and have sash windows; altered west
elevation; modern addition to south. Apex stack; slate roof. SUMMERHOUSE: now roofless; built of red ashlar, door to
garden, tripartite to west.
