Description

Circa 1840. Single storey, 3-bay lodge with gatepiers and
railings. Red rubble with ashlar dressings and chamfered
margins.
LODGE: N elevation with gabled central porch with chamfered
angles, round-headed loops to flanks; single windows in outer
bays; canted window on W flank with parapet; sash windows
throughout with lying-pane glazing; central axial stack with
2 square flues; piended slate roof, with projecting eaves,
continued over rear (S) brick addition.
GATEPIERS: 4 chamfered square piers with projecting caps,
curved low coping with cast-iron railings .
