Earlier 19th century. Single storey lodge. Asymmetrical
cruciform plan, with gables. Squared whin rubble laid in
graded courses. Canted window in S gable, door recessed at
left; 2-bay E arm; single window in W gable. Sash windows
with variety of glazing pattern. Shaped skews; corniced
square apex stacks (1 removed); roofed with graded slates.
Modern low (brick) outshot adjoins N gable.
Square red ashlar gatepiers with projecting caps, curved low
quadrants with decorative cast-iron gates and railings.
