Style of William Flockhart. Later 19th century Tudor single
storey range built into side of hill behind former Rosehaugh
House in ice house fashion. Polished ashlar; raised concave
moulded window and door margins. Ashlar parapet with panels
decorated with lozenges. 5 oak entrance doors, "Arts and
Crafts movement" hinges, long and decorated with saltire
crosses. Flat roof, turfed over.
