Mid-19th century, single storey. 3 bays with centre slightly
advanced and gabled containing door flanked by narrow lights
with blind quatrefoil above. Continuous eaves course,
suggestive of pediment at centre bay. Ashlar with rusticated
quoins and moulded eaves course at outer bays. Slated piended
roof with broad eaves. Some windows contain original 12-pane
glazing patterns. South elevation rendered with altered
fenestration and new door.
Timber lean-to shed by front door.
