Five terrace houses. c1820 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, painted to Nos.26, 30, and 32, concrete tile roofs, but slate to No.24.
PLAN: Wide frontage, single depth symmetrical houses, one with added projecting shopfront, roof to No.32 at higher pitch than remainder.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and basement, each three windows, all plain sash. Centred panelled doors, and glazed lean-to roofs to basement lights in paved area. No.30 has deep projecting early C20 double fronted display window and central door, with further door far right. No.32, has been modified to form bank frontage. Frontage has small cornice, blocking course and parapet, and coped party gables have square stacks. Right gable end plain.
INTERIORS: Not inspected.
Across Nos.24-28 are simple spear-head railings, without gates, returned at left hand end, and stopped to ashlar ramped wall to right.
