House. c1820.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, double pitched roof with moulded stacks to front coped gable ends, truncated to left.
PLAN: Double depth plan with continuous single storey lean-to left wing.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, two-window front. C20 horned sash windows. Six/six-pane sashes to first floor and left wing, one eight/eight-pane sash to right-of-centre and flat-arched recess to set back six-panel door glazed to top to left of main block. Parapet, stopped coved cornice, ground floor platband and low plinth, coped parapet to left wing cants slightly down to left.
