MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof hipped to front behind parapet and coved cornice.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, single-window front with recessed entrance bay. Two/two-pane sash window to first floor, cornice on consoles over plate glass sash to ground floor. Right return has six/six-pane sash windows flanking two-storey porch with parapet, cornice, two/two-pane sash window and cornice on consoles over five-panel door glazed to top. House at east end of terrace of three houses at right-angle to street.
