Terrace house. Early C19 with late C19 addition.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
EXTERIOR: Symmetrical single depth range set to steeply sloping site with extra storey to rear of property, mansard roof to half-hipped upper slope. Two storeys, attic and lower ground floor, three windows, two small raking dormers above twelve-pane sashes, at ground floor with sunk surround, and with sixteen-pane to the basement area. Central square late C19 single storey porch to entablature with pierced balustrade on six-panel door with fanlight in raised band with keystone on imposts, and small arched light to right. Channelled ground floor under platband, lintel, frieze, cornice, blocking course and parapet. Two ashlar stacks to each gable end. Rear has two high narrow dormers above two plain sashes and blind opening at second floor, two plain and central pair of margin pane glazed doors with elliptical fanlight with tent hood, all to full width railed balcony on brackets, sashes to lower ground floor.
