Terrace house. Early C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, concrete tile roof.
PLAN: Narrow frontage house, set to steeply sloping site with extra storey to rear.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys plus lower ground floor, two windows, twelve-pane sashes, in sunk surround at ground floor. Panelled door, right, with radial fanlight, and small arched light to right. Mid platband, lintel, frieze, cornice, blocking course and parapet. Two ashlar stacks to plain gable, left. Rear has two-light dormer in mansard roof, above sixteen-pane, over plain sash with balcony rail, and French door. Platband, with cornice and parapet as front.
