House now shop. Early C18 altered early C19 and mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof unseen with stacks to the rear.
PLAN: Single unit.
EXTERIOR: Four storey including C19 attic storey, two window front. Tall attic storey encircled by high coped parapet, early C19 stopped coved cornice above second floor, paired horned plate glass windows to upper floors and moulded cornice and lintel to fascia that spans shop; shop windows of four plate glass panes with semi-elliptical heads to overlights span set back half-glazed door and tall overlight.
