House now shop. Early and mid C19.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, double pitched roof unseen with moulded stacks to the left return.
PLAN: Double depth.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two window front. Coped parapet returned to the left, stopped cornice, splayed reveals to six/six pane sash windows without horns. Cornice to fascia of C19 shop reaches first floor sills, consoles with rosettes flank fascia and door to right; set back half-glazed central shop door has tall overlight flanked by plate glass three pane shop windows on brackets with semi-elliptical heads to panes and to overlights above each pane. Door to right has six raised and fielded upper panels and reeded moulding to the base.
