Shop with accommodation over. c1800 with mid/late C19 shop front.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar now painted to front and left side, painted rubble to rear; hipped roof, parapeted to front and sides, with double and triple Romans, has ashlar stacks with some early clay pots rising from side walls and to rear left and right.
EXTERIOR: Three storey two window front. First floor has two two/two horned sashes in plain reveals with stone sills on console brackets with wrought iron balconettes. Second floor has two similar windows without balconettes. Ground floor has timber shop front with two light plate glass windows with timber mullion with pair of half-glazed doors and two panel door to upper floors to left both with overlights in with four pilasters with heavy carved console brackets to left and right with anthemion carved acroteria over flanking frieze and modillion cornice. Band course over first floor; frieze, moulded eaves cornice and coped parapet. Rear elevation partially visible has plate glass sashes to second floor.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached C19 cast iron railings with cast iron pier to right.
