Terrace house. c1775.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, painted to ground floor, ashlar to rear; double pile roof, parapeted to front, concrete tile to front and rear, with two ashlar stacks to left. Staircase to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and basement; single bay three window front. First floor has Venetian window with plate glass sashes, to left and right with horns, in plain reveals with continuous stone sill with wrought iron balconette. Second floor has three similar grouped plate glass sashes. Ground floor has to left plate glass horned sash in splayed reveal with timber bead, to right six panel door with beaded, fielded and single glazed panel in stone doorcase with ovolo moulded architrave in flat surround with heavy console brackets supporting projecting moulded cornice over, one step to pennant paved crossover. Basement has plate glass sash in plain reveal with stone sill, plank door infilling under crossover. Band course over ground floor, coved eaves cornice and coped parapet. Rear elevation has two/two sashes.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached wrought iron railings with shaped heads on painted limestone bases.
