Terrace house, now flats. c1775 converted C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, rubble to basement, ashlar and rubble to rear; double pile parapeted mansard roof, double Romans to front, concrete tile to rear, with coped party wall to left with two ashlar stacks with some early clay pots. Staircase to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, attic and basement; single bay three window front. First floor has three grouped plate glass horned sashes, narrower to left and right, in splayed reveals with continuous stone sill. Ground floor has to left two similar paired sashes in splayed reveals with continuous stone sill, to right six panel door with flush beaded, fielded and single glazed panel in pedimented Doric doorcase; one step to concrete-paved crossover with cast iron footscraper. Basement has two/two sash in splayed reveal with stone sill, C20 door under crossover. Double dormer with plate glass sashes. Band course over ground floor; moulded eaves cornice, coped parapet rebuilt in reconstituted Bath Stone. Rear elevation has plate glass horned sashes.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached wrought iron railings with shaped heads on limestone bases.
